You work directly with me for scope, decisions, progress updates, and delivery direction. There is no agency layer between you and the person responsible for the work.
Most work is led directly by me. For larger projects or tighter timelines, trusted engineers and specialists can join with your approval.
I am happy to sign an NDA, confidentiality agreement, or IP assignment agreement before sensitive details are shared.
For internal systems, access can be limited to the repositories, environments, tools, and data required for the agreed work.
Delivery can include setup notes, implementation decisions, workflow documentation, and a clean handover for your internal team.
I can support new builds, existing systems, retainers, maintenance, post-launch improvements, and ongoing product delivery.
Projects are planned with realistic timelines, clear scope, and regular review points. Completed work can include 15-30 days of complimentary support for the agreed scope. If a delay happens because of my own planning or execution, excluding scope changes, delayed approvals, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you on a fair resolution.
